Nycole moved to Alaska in 2010 and began her career as an architect-in-training at Millard+Associates Architects, working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. She joined R&M Engineering-Ketchikan in 2016, managing a range of private and municipal architectural projects. Her expertise includes design, construction documentation, permitting, bidding, and project management. In December 2024, she partnered with Joel Teune to form Alaska Architects & Engineers, LLC. Nycole is dedicated to serving Alaska, providing pro-bono design services and serving on local nonprofit boards, the Historic Creek Street Design Review Board, and the AIA Alaska State Chapter Board.
